About Kathy
Kathy Koenig, M.S., founder of Caregiver Connection, is committed to the well-being of care partners and those grieving a loss.
With decades of professional and personal experience, she’s not only accumulated compassion and a keen sense of resources, but also a deep expertise that instills confidence in those she supports.
“Having worked with various populations, including children and older adults, I understand that grief is a universal experience with many faces. It’s often overlooked during a care partnering event, with multiple losses that impact everyone in the system. If asked about my “superpower,” I am a connector. Whether it’s a personal connection or finding resources that improve the lives of others, it’s what I love to do.”
KathyKoenig.com is where you can find those resources, ask questions, and learn about what I’m finding helpful to others. I’m a lifelong learner, and staying curious and connected is one way I can benefit others, even if we never meet in person. Care partners and grief clients teach me what we must learn: listening, compassion, releasing stress and guilt, and finding joy amid life.
Our ApproAch
We believe this so much that we put ourselves dead last and end up feeling emotionally, physically, financially, and even spiritually depleted. It doesn’t have to be this way!
There IS a way to be a confident and present caregiver while also taking care of YOU!
That’s what I’m here to help you with.
NEWS

Creating support for family members, including children, is a crucial element.
Join me for a free, interactive webinar where we’ll discuss practical strategies for recognizing your needs and effectively communicating them to others. These strategies will help you navigate the holiday season with peace and calm.
